You will need to exude exceptional customer service, have an ability to work under pressure, and be passionate about working within the hospitality/tourism industry to join our team. We currently manage Resorts and properties located across Mooloolaba to Bokarina. You will have: A commitment and passion for customer service. A high standard of personal presentation. 2-3 years team management experience in Hospitality or a relatable field. Strong computer skills are a must (Excel, Word, etc.) and experience with Resly reservation systems is an advantage. The ability to multitask and prioritize workload. The ability to work both autonomously and within a team. Understanding of Managing Rights and Body Corporates. Position Overview: Team Management. Communication with Guests. Relationship with all owners. Rostering. Check in / out of guests. Reservations and upselling. General front office daily duties and administration tasks. Maintaining guest accounts and receipting. Banking and end of day reporting. Providing a professional and personalized service to guests. Inspecting and preparing arrival rooms. Coordinating maintenance and liaising with Housekeeping. On-call on a roster basis. Beneficial: Knowledge of Resly or other Industry PMS systems. Management Rights experience/knowledge. Available 5 days a week. Be a part of the shared-on call roster.
