We are seeking a Functions Manager at the National Gallery of Australia and Australian War Memorial! You will work across both iconic sites on various functions and events, supported by the venue managers and a team of dedicated functions staff. The Role: Experience in managing events (2+ years) Training and onboarding new employees Delivering high-quality food and service while following food safety standards, policies, and procedures Host and usher duties when required Maintaining clean, safe, and hygienic work practices About You: Immaculate grooming and pride in presentation Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Ability to work across a 7-day roster; hours vary due to event operations Previous experience in a flexible, multi-skilled team environment is an advantage Able to be a team player, with a positive and can-do attitude Must hold a valid national police check which is no older than 4 weeks; must also hold RSA Benefits and Culture: Supportive and inclusive culture A professional and safe working environment Staff discount at TWG retail restaurants and corporate offers TWG offers the support of a committed team, the opportunity to make your mark, and career development opportunities as diverse as the specialized services we provide for our customers.
