About the role Reporting to the Chief Customer Officer, the General Manager (GM) Sales is responsible for leading and inspiring a high-performing sales team in Victoria to drive settlements, high occupancy, maximum value per sale/customer and revenue growth. Fostering a collaborative and aspirational team culture focussed on meeting and exceeding sales targets, the GM Sales will ensure the team is motivated and supported, develop and execute sales strategies that are aligned to overall organisational strategic objectives, and deliver long-term sustainable results. The appointee will drive innovation to meet customer experience goals, while growing value for all stakeholders. Key to success is partnering across the leadership team to develop and implement innovations in sales strategy, data analytics, CRM, sales and marketing tactics, and overall sales excellence to create a consistent, effective and efficient sales organisation. About you Customer-obsessed, you are a proven relationship-based sales executive with experience leading successful sales teams in retirement living, property, real estate or other relevant sectors. Excelling in supporting high-performance teams that deliver long-term sustainable results and achieve and exceed targets, you ensure measurable team goals cascade from strategy, enhance commercial performance and results, and collaborate effectively with executives, peers and stakeholders organisation wide.
