What You’ll Do: Lead and Manage Projects: Oversee the successful delivery of complex urban renewal and land development projects from conception to completion, ensuring projects are delivered on-time and within budget. Team Leadership and Growth: Lead, mentor, and develop a technically strong, motivated team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture. Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture long-lasting relationships with 1st and 2nd-tier developers, ensuring client satisfaction and business growth. Drive Commercial Performance: Take ownership of project budgets, fee proposals, forecasting, and reporting, ensuring strong financial outcomes and profitability. Continuous Improvement: Proactively identify and address potential changes to project scope/costs, and leverage technology to drive efficiency and innovation.
