About the Pharmacy Department: The Pharmacy Department operates across five campuses and has a strong vision to deliver exceptional, evidenced-based care to our patients. We are currently undergoing a period of expansion which provides unique opportunities for specialisation, including pharmacist and technician advanced-scope roles, collaborative multidisciplinary programs and services, and virtual care. About the Role: A full-time opportunity exists for a Grade 2 Clinical Pharmacist to join the team at Northern Health. This role will require work over 10 days (80 hours) per fortnight - Monday to Friday at the Northern Hospital with potential to work at other sites of Northern Health as required. The Clinical Pharmacist is responsible for the provision of clinical pharmacy services across Northern Health’s various services, ensuring excellence in patient care, evidence-based practice, and service improvement. They will work collaboratively with the Pharmacy Department to achieve strategic outcomes. To be successful in this role you will have: Experience as a hospital pharmacist, with a minimum of 3 years hospital experience Commitment to evidence-based and client-centered care Experience in supervision, including interns and students Demonstrated good interpersonal and communication skills Well-developed self-management skills, including the ability to meet timelines and prioritize competing demands Next Steps: If this opportunity sounds like the next step in your career, then we would love to hear from you.
