Group Business Director – Melbourne Independent Agencies At ARN, one of Australia’s leading audio-led entertainment companies, you have an opportunity to share your voice in the future of audio. The Group Business Director is responsible for maximising ARN’s share of Independent Agency Revenue across our Metro and Regional Markets, creating new revenue opportunities through our Digital Audio product suite and maintaining a high-performance sales culture in line with ARN’s policies and procedures. About The Role: Achieve market share and revenue targets. Ensure forecasting is accurate, realistic and on time. Provide monthly performance reviews of your market. Team Leadership – build, develop and retain a high performing sales team through successful management and leadership, including recruitment, training, weekly WIPS, performance management, motivation, leading, developing and reviewing KPI’s and driving employee engagement. Market Relationships - continually enhance the reputation and profile of ARN and its brands within the marketplace. Leading by example, demonstrable skills in leadership and management of both ARN staff and the ARN Values. Developing positive internal/external relationships. About You: A minimum of 5 years of experience in leading and managing high performance sales teams within Media. Strong communication and presentation skills. Confident networking and relationship building. Sales and Media knowledge. Ability to work under pressure in a deadline driven environment. Ability to lead, coach, motivate and manage a group of Salespeople. An in-depth understanding of the Australian media landscape is required.
