An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Group Credit Manager to come on board and be heavily involved in the strategic direction of the business in a truly multifaceted role. Position Description With team fit and culture a priority, the business is seeking a dynamic and motivated Group Credit Manager to join their team. Your duties will include but not be limited to the following: Manage the credit function and oversee a large team of credit professionals. Lead end-to-end credit, collections, and debt management activities. Facilitate training and up-skilling within the team. Implement new strategies to increase efficiencies. Conduct continuous due diligence on credit processes. Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Analyse and provide accurate creditors and debtors reporting. Ideal Candidate Experience in leading a credit team. Experience with process improvement in a changing environment. Keen desire to develop and execute change management strategies. A passionate and positive 'can do' attitude. First-class communication and presentation attributes. High-level interpersonal and time management skills. Attention to detail, initiative, and ability to lead and motivate a team. Strong decision-making and stakeholder relationship management skills.
