Job Description
Camperdown / WFH Initial 9 month contract with potential to extend Pays up to $950 a day + super A leading University is looking for an experienced HR Project Manager with extensive workday and compensation experience to work on a job standardization project and help the transition to the new model. About the role: Implement the job standardization project within the University including monitoring progress of HRIS updates (e.g. WorkDay) Plan the transition from the old structure to the new job standardization model (SJP) Lead and utilize a detailed communication plan Define the SJP governance structure and liaise in relation to the validation of governance and future maintenance plans, including future WoW and mapping processes and various scenarios Identify and resolve issues that arise in relation to the project Performance evaluation of the project and periodic reporting Coordinate with external Workday consultants to enable standard job profiles and mitigate any risks associated with business processes Essentials: Tertiary Qualifications in a relevant HR field and proven professional experience Proven experience across organisational design Experience working across a similar project Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills Apply: Please apply now by following the link.
