About the Role: As the HRIS Specialist, you will be responsible for the administration and maintenance of our client's SAP SuccessFactors system, with a primary focus on the Payroll module. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of payroll processing, as well as supporting other HR functions through effective system management and reporting. Key Responsibilities: SAP SuccessFactors Payroll Administration: Manage and maintain the SuccessFactors Payroll module, including configuration, updates, and troubleshooting. Payroll Processing Support: Provide support for payroll processing, ensuring accurate and timely payments. Reporting & Analytics: Develop and generate reports from SuccessFactors to provide insights into HR data and support decision-making. This includes creating custom reports and dashboards. Organizational Structure Management: Maintain and update the organizational structure within SuccessFactors, ensuring accuracy and reflecting any changes. System Maintenance & Upgrades: Participate in system upgrades and testing, ensuring minimal disruption to HR operations. User Support & Training: Provide support and training to end-users on SuccessFactors functionality, particularly related to payroll. Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve HR processes through the effective use of SuccessFactors. Collaboration: Work closely with HR, IT, and other stakeholders to ensure the smooth operation of the HRIS. Qualifications: Proven experience as an HRIS Specialist, with a strong focus on SAP SuccessFactors. Extensive experience with the SuccessFactors Payroll module, including configuration and administration. Strong reporting and analytical skills, with the ability to create custom reports and dashboards. Experience managing organizational structures within SuccessFactors. Excellent understanding of payroll processes and regulations. Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Experience with other SuccessFactors modules (e.g., Employee Central, Recruiting). Experience with other HR systems. HR or Payroll certification.
