We are seeking a skilled HSE Advisor to join our team and play a pivotal role in the handover & commissioning phase of a major infrastructure project. Who we are RSGx are an established management and engineering consultancy that have a portfolio of projects across the Infrastructure, Mining, Oil & Gas and Telecommunication sectors. With multidisciplinary capabilities in design, construction, commissioning, operations and maintenance, RSGx provides services to a wide range of clients both nationally and internationally. Key Responsibilities: Prepare and execute HSE documentation in accordance with project requirements and standards. Develop and own Contractor Safety Management Systems. Optimise HSE systems and assist Construction Team with safety-related activities and responsibilities. Coordinate with stakeholders, including clients, inter-company staff, and subcontractors, to maintain effective communication and relationships. Provide training to client staff during the construction process and ensure competence in safety procedures. About you HSE Advisor, with specific experience in infrastructure. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to foster effective relationships and collaborate across teams. Solution-focused mindset. Health & Safety Certificate/Degree. Minimum 5 years of experience. Proficiency in report writing, basic computer skills, and familiarity with commissioning permit systems and isolation procedures.
