Facilitate and co-lead case management and marker student processes through a ‘lead learner' lens. Set and uphold high standards for student and staff performance, driving continuous improvement within the English department. Build capacity and develop a cohesive, productive faculty culture underpinned by the school values and learner-centred approaches.
