Head of Department - English - Northern Beaches State High School Education (Organisation site)North Queensland Region, School and Regional Operations and Performance Division Northern Beaches State High School is seeking applications for a Head of Department (Secondary) to join their school community to nurture positive relationships between students, teachers, and stakeholders.This role is offered on a temporary full-time basis from 22 April 2025 until 12 December 2025, unless otherwise determined. About the Role Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Lead the school department to develop, articulate, and commit to a shared educational vision focused on providing quality learning outcomes for all students. Embed socially just practices in daily school life. Set high standards for student and staff performance. Actively participate in lifelong learning and ongoing professional development.
