KingKira Group is a 100% female Aboriginal-owned environmental services business, based in the Pilbara region of Western Australia, focused on sustainable waste management and industrial services solutions.Reporting to the CEO, the Head of Partnerships and Engagement plays a pivotal role in strengthening KingKira’s brand, reputation, and stakeholder relationships. As a key member of the KingKira Leadership Team, this role provides strategic direction and hands-on leadership to build, manage, and grow partnerships with corporate, government, industry, and Indigenous stakeholders.This position is responsible for driving engagement strategies that align with KingKira’s mission and values, ensuring meaningful and mutually beneficial relationships that create business growth and lasting impact.Key Responsibilities Develop and execute a stakeholder engagement strategy to advance KingKira’s mission, ensuring alignment with the company’s strategic objectives. Lead and manage existing partnerships, fostering strong, long-term relationships with corporate partners, government agencies, industry bodies, Indigenous corporations, and communities. Identify and secure new strategic partnerships that align with KingKira’s values, business priorities, and growth objectives. Represent KingKira at industry and community forums, advocating for the company’s interests and strengthening its presence in key networks. Collaborate with internal teams to align engagement strategies with business development, operational needs, and Indigenous advancement initiatives. Ensure the integrity and effectiveness of stakeholder communications to build trust and enhance KingKira’s reputation. About youThe ideal candidate is a strategic and results-driven leader with experience in corporate, mining, or not-for-profit sectors. You will bring a proven track record in stakeholder engagement, partnership development, and strategic leadership.You will:Have strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills to develop and manage high-value partnerships. Be a natural relationship builder, skilled in influencing and engaging diverse stakeholders.
