Health Professional - Aged Care Assessment Team This is a Fixed Term Full Time appointment for 6 months, with the possibility of extension(s). Position Profile: We are seeking a suitably experienced candidate to provide direct clinical and professional expertise to ensure comprehensive assessments for eligible clients of the Kimberley Aged and Community Service (KACS), and support all KACS programs for the Kimberley to ensure optimal clinical support and community care.
