About the Role New Aim is currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Health, Safety, and Well Being (HSW) Manager to perform a key business partnering role to develop and implement the HSW strategy to install a culture of safety & awareness, health & wellbeing, injury prevention and rehabilitation in the workplace. CORE RESPONSIBILITIES Strategic Leadership and Program Development: Leading safety initiatives, coaching leaders, and driving organizational frameworks. Data-Driven Improvement and Risk Management: Analyzing data, identifying trends, and implementing continuous improvement. Compliance and Training: Ensuring compliance, training, and employee competency. Incident Management and Prevention: Investigating incidents and implementing preventive measures. Collaboration and Stakeholder Management: Managing relationships with cross-departmental teams and external stakeholders. Operational Support: Maintaining procedures and supporting operational transitions. To Be Successful, You Will Have: At least 5 years of experience in health, safety, and wellbeing, with a proven track record of delivering measurable HSW performance improvements, ideally in a warehouse environment. Strong knowledge of WHS and workers' compensation legislation, with the ability to interpret and apply these in a commercial setting. Demonstrated experience coaching leaders and frontline workers to enhance understanding and compliance with HSW requirements. Proficiency in tracking, analyzing, and reporting WHS KPIs, providing actionable insights to support business decision-making. The Perks: Free on-site parking (and coffee!)
