This biotech company is the global leader in developing and manufacturing life saving medicines using the latest medical technologies. Their manufacturing facility in North Melbourne oversees the full start to end process with an employee base of scientists, engineers, R&D's, and quality professionals.The Health & Injury Management team works collaboratively with site operations management and employees to proactively identify and correct workplace injuries by implementing strong preventative measures around physical safety and wellbeing.The role Manage and facilitate early intervention injury management, management of non-work related injuries, and occupational rehabilitation. Provide specialist occupational health and wellbeing advice and services, working as part of a team achieving effective management of risk, continuous improvement across EHS, and drive positive cultural change. Work closely with operations at a high-risk 24/7 manufacturing facility. Early intervention approach to injury management. Salary and Benefits Competitive Base + 15% STI + Super. 24 days annual leave + Personal Days. Buy-in options for company shares. Onsite parking and cafe at facility.
