Are you looking for an opportunity to build your skills and gain real-life work experience while earning a nationally recognised Certificate IV in Work, Health & Safety? Our 24-month Health and Safety Trainee Program is designed to equip you with the skills and experience needed to become a safety professional and beyond! The successful candidate will be based around Adelaide and will spend time across Central, Western, and Eastern regions. What you’ll gain Comprehensive Training – Learn about Health & Safety legislation, workplace safety systems, risk assessments, and more. Rotational Experience – Work across multiple regions, gaining hands-on experience in real-world safety operations. Leadership Development – Assist Health & Safety Advisors, operational management, and develop key leadership skills. Technical Expertise – Understand safety in engineering projects, contractor inspections, and compliance management. Systems & Assurance – Learn how to develop, implement, and audit safety management systems. Injury Management – Gain knowledge in early intervention and return-to-work strategies. About you Keen interest in Health and Safety Committed, reliable, and hardworking Able to follow safe work practices Looking to start a career in workplace safety Willing to learn and excited to gain new skills Hold a current driver’s licence Earn a nationally recognised Cert IV qualification while you work Gain a variety of skills, experience, and knowledge to work successfully in one of Australia’s largest agribusinesses.
