The Role We're seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our team at Manors of Mosman, a welcoming community set amidst lush gardens and grounds in the heart of Sydney's harbourside suburb. As a Senior Care Practitioner, you will be responsible for leading a clinical team and ensuring the delivery of person-centred care at the highest possible standard. You will work closely with residents, families, and external service providers to ensure seamless care and support, and you will be accountable for all medication management and general and support services in line with resident contracts and care plans. To succeed in this role, you will need to possess current AHPRA Division 1 registration, CPR certificate, and COVID-19 Vaccinations up to date, as well as relevant experience in Community Care or Retirement Living. You will also need to demonstrate excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritise, as well as being trustworthy, reliable, and able to work effectively in a team environment.
