Your role: We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced individual to join our team as the Help & Advice Team Leader. This leadership role is designed for a proactive individual who excels in people management, coaching, and developing high-performing teams. As the Help & Advice Team Leader, you will work closely with team members to create tailored coaching plans that cater to diverse learning styles and needs. Your role will involve monitoring performance to ensure the team meets key benchmarks, leveraging reports generated by analysts to track progress, and addressing any issues through effective performance management when necessary. You will play a critical part in fostering a culture of continuous improvement, aiming to enhance both individual and team performance while providing valuable insights to the wider business. Your ability to connect with team members emotionally and build strong relationships across different levels of the organization will be key to your success. The ideal candidate will bring a combination of strong leadership skills, emotional intelligence, and a passion for supporting others in reaching their full potential. Key Responsibilities: Support the broader Dulux Help & Advice Leadership Team to ensure a cohesive, collaborative, and aligned approach. Provide training, coaching, and support to empower your team to deliver efficient and effective resolutions while delighting customers and fostering loyalty. Monitor all channel metrics daily, weekly, and monthly, and report insights to the Dulux Help & Advice Operations Manager. Aid in the development and implementation of productivity and efficiency programs to enhance team performance. Encourage an environment where expertise is cultivated and shared to drive team growth. Skills & Experience: Previous leadership experience with a strong background in performance management. Ability to manage difficult conversations and handle diverse, challenging team dynamics. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively and promptly. High levels of empathy, self-awareness, and emotional intelligence. Strong skills in managing escalations and addressing complex customer issues efficiently.
