Qualifications & Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field preferred. Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in hotel sales or a related field. Strong understanding of the hospitality market, especially in Australia. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships. Proven track record of achieving sales targets. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently. Willingness to travel as required for sales meetings and events.
