This is a permanent full-time position commencing Term 2, 2025 Dalyellup College features contemporary, state-of-the-art facilities, located in the community of Dalyellup on the outskirts of Bunbury in the Capel Shire. It is an Independent Public School catering for approximately 700 secondary students from Year 7 to 12. The community of Dalyellup (‘a village in the forest by the sea’) is growing, with new land and homes being built. We are seeking individuals who inspire passion for learning in others and enjoy a real sense of achievement.The Role The role of the Human Resources and Business Support Officer is to assist the Manager Corporate Services (MCS) in undertaking financial planning, monitoring, research, reporting and analysis to meet established objectives and outcomes relative to business needs and plans. Additionally, the role involves supporting the MCS in administering the school's marketing, financial, physical and human resources whilst upholding confidentiality and security of sensitive material.The successful applicant will ideally have excellent interpersonal skills combined with the ability to work both in a team and autonomously whilst effectively prioritising tasks, meeting deadlines and working well under pressure. Experience with RM Finance, RM Billing, RM Asset Manager, Integris and Human Resources Management Information System (HRMIS) would be highly desirable.You will provide assistance to other members of the school administration executive team with maintaining school databases, records and management information systems to ensure they are accurate and up to date. You will assist with student enrolment procedures and operate a range of software packages particularly databases and word processing.We are looking for someone who possesses strong attention to detail and who works well within a team environment. You will ideally have strong organisational skills and be able to deliver outcomes while working to deadlines in a sometimes challenging and fast-paced environment.Want to know more?
