About The Role The Fines Enforcement Registry (FER) is the agency responsible for enforcing Court Fines and Infringements issued by Courts and registered by authorised Prosecuting Authorities throughout Western Australia. The Resource and Administration Officer is responsible for providing administrative support for the delivery of services that support the FER in its day-to-day operations including: the coordination, monitoring and reporting on the financial, human and physical resources of the Fines Enforcement Registry ordering equipment and paying invoices assisting in the development of the Registry’s budget effective monitoring and reporting of items being expensed under the control of the Fines Enforcement Registry. The successful applicant will be expected to: Work to improve communication and model integrity and respect in all interactions. Operate within the Department's Corporate Governance Framework, policies and procedures and ensure effective transparency and accountability of all Department activity. Operate within the chain of command to coordinate activities required to meet the Department’s strategic objectives. Work collaboratively to achieve common goals and best practice and facilitate business improvements as appropriate. To be eligible for appointment to permanent positions in the West Australian Public Sector, you must be an Australian citizen or have permanent resident status in Australia.
