Human Resources (HR) Manager NXT GIG is looking for an experienced and strategic Human Resources (HR) Manager to lead our HR department and support our organizational goals. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of HR management, including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, compliance, and training and development. You will work closely with senior management to develop and implement HR strategies that align with our business objectives and foster a positive workplace culture. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR management, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for promoting employee engagement and development. Responsibilities Develop and execute HR strategies that align with organizational goals and enhance employee performance Oversee the recruitment process, including workforce planning, sourcing, interviewing, and selection Manage employee relations, addressing any issues or conflicts while promoting a positive work environment Implement and oversee performance management programs to foster employee development and growth Ensure compliance with labor laws and HR policies, and handle any related legal matters Design and implement training and development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge Conduct HR metrics analysis to assess the effectiveness of HR initiatives and drive improvements Requirements Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master's degree or HR certification is a plus Proven experience as an HR Manager or in a similar leadership role Strong knowledge of HR principles, labor laws, and compliance regulations Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage employees and management Demonstrated ability to develop and implement HR strategies that drive business success Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Proficiency with HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite Seniority level Mid-Senior level Employment type Full-time Job function Human Resources Industries IT Services and IT Consulting #J-18808-Ljbffr
