We’re seeking an experienced Project Manager to deliver strategic Human Resources initiatives that drive efficiency and innovation. Why This Role? Join a collaborative and forward-thinking team where you’ll play a critical role in delivering high-impact projects. This position offers the opportunity to lead digital solution implementations, including ServiceNow, and oversee key organisational initiatives that make a difference. What You'll Be Doing: Lead and manage complex HR projects, including implementing ServiceNow and critical ER/payroll initiatives. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to balance project delivery with business-as-usual operations. Develop project governance frameworks, manage risks, and oversee change management processes. Prepare high-quality project reporting, steering committee documentation, and communication materials. Drive innovation, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope. What We’re Looking For: Demonstrated experience in managing HR and digital transformation projects. Strong stakeholder engagement skills with a collaborative and solution-focused approach. Experience in change management and governance frameworks.
