As a member of the senior management team, the Human Resources, Risk, Quality Manager (HRRQM) is responsible for governance, implementation, and evaluation of Human Resources, Risk, and Quality. This role supports the delivery of quality services to eligible clients in line with relevant standards, guidelines, and frameworks, such as NDIS, Aged Care, and Employment Standards. Communications are managed with internal and external key stakeholders, including NDIS and Aged Care Commission. The HRRQM ensures systems and processes are in place for effective service delivery, and accountable governance is monitored. The HRRQM works closely with the CEO and Executive Team, including clinical governance, to ensure a skilled workforce and committed staff are in place to meet the organisation’s needs. Risk Management includes mitigating documented strategies that are reported to the CCL Board and CEO. This role drives quality processes with the Executive Team to improve service delivery, meet the organisation's needs, and achieve accreditation against standards, including NDIS and Aged Care. The HRRQM will lead, mentor, coach, and manage staff coordinating and delivering services to individuals.
