Job Description
Are you an experienced professional with a strong background in data governance and compliance? We are seeking a Data Compliance Lead to manage, track, and report on end-to-end data compliance across multiple applications. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Oversee E2E data compliance across all applications, ensuring adherence to governance guidelines. Collaborate with Application Leads to validate compliance measures. Communicate effectively with stakeholders and address project concerns. Define scope, objectives, and deliverables for data compliance initiatives. Develop and maintain detailed plans to track compliance progress. Identify and manage resources to support compliance objectives. Ensure data quality standards are met and implement risk mitigation strategies. Lead and support teams in maintaining compliance frameworks. Provide regular reports and insights to stakeholders and senior management. SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE Proven experience in data compliance, governance, and project leadership. Strong background in stakeholder and team management. Hands-on experience with BI reporting and data tools. Excellent problem-solving and risk management capabilities.
