The Role: We are hiring a highly motivated individual to lead our Member Compliance team, a group of skilled subject matter experts responsible for monitoring and enforcing compliance with our scheme rules across payment systems. This role has three key components that are essential to delivering the Member Compliance strategy for AP+: Implement strategic changes and improvements within the Member Compliance team. Apply a deep understanding of compliance frameworks. Lead key projects aimed at strengthening our risk, control, and regulatory frameworks. Proposed Position Requirements are: Robust experience working in compliance in either the payments industry or financial services with strong direct experience in managing stakeholders at all levels. Proven understanding of compliance frameworks across either the payments industry or financial services. In depth understanding of the regulatory landscape of either the payments industry, banking or financial services. Strong understanding of effective risk and control frameworks. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and assess risks objectively. Proven leadership capabilities with a track record of implementing right structures and processes in place for a growing business. Proven track record of delivering multiple projects within the designated time frames. Ability to assist the team by getting involved in the details when necessary to drive the right outcomes for the team.
