NXT GIG is searching for a strategic and analytical IT Strategy Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be pivotal in shaping and executing our IT strategy to align technology initiatives with the overall business goals. You will collaborate closely with executive leadership and cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for leveraging technology for operational success, cost efficiency, and innovation. Your responsibilities will include analyzing current IT operations, assessing technology trends, and developing action plans that drive organizational growth and improve competitive advantage. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT management, strategic planning, and project management. If you are passionate about technology and have the vision to strategically guide our IT efforts forward, we invite you to apply and contribute to our mission at NXT GIG.Responsibilities Develop and implement comprehensive IT strategies that support organizational objectives and enhance business performance Collaborate with senior management to assess current IT capabilities and identify areas for improvement Conduct market research and impact analyses to inform strategic decision-making Lead cross-functional teams to drive technology initiatives and ensure alignment with business needs Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies to recommend innovative solutions Prepare and present strategic reports and recommendations to executives and stakeholders Evaluate and manage IT investments to ensure maximum return on investment RequirementsBachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field Proven experience as an IT Strategy Manager or in a similar strategic role Strong background in IT management, project management, and strategic planning Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills Exceptional communication and presentation capabilities with a focus on stakeholder engagement Ability to work collaboratively across departments and influence senior leadership Certifications related to IT governance or strategic management (e.g., ITIL, COBIT, or PMP) are an advantage #J-18808-Ljbffr
