Part of our procurement team you will develop, communicate and implement international sea and air-freight strategy including identifying preferred partners, negotiation of payment terms, onboarding of new providers Manage and coordinate inbound international freight for Langdon ANZ and the Natural Foods Trading Company Establish performance goals with service providers Create and maintain financial reporting on all import activities including monthly spend on sea and air freight Voyage date maintenance with latest shipping information Notify procurement of any significant shipping delays Negotiate all international freight rates ensuring current rate cards Approve inbound freight invoices ensuring alignment with rate cards Support process of import permit request and compliance Provide procurement with air, sea freight quotes and recommendations Book express parcel shipments with approved freight carriers Monitoring and maintenance of shipping inbox. About you. With demonstrated experience managing international inbound freight Intermediate MS Office skills, D365 and Power BI beneficial Customer service focused internal and external Well-developed time management and organisational skills Confident to prioritise tasks Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
