We’re looking for an experienced and technical Infrastructure Manager to oversee and manage our organisations infrastructure and supporting technology. Reporting to the Chief Information Officer you will have a fantastic opportunity to: Shape the Future – Take ownership of our IT infrastructure, spanning on-premises and cloud environments. Lead a High-Performing Team – Mentor and empower a skilled team managing our cloud services, networks, servers, data platform and IT support. Drive Key Projects – Oversee infrastructure upgrades, cloud adoption initiatives and business-critical technology transformations. Enhance Security & Resilience – Implement best-in-class security measures, risk management strategies and disaster recovery plans. Collaborate & Innovate – Work closely with internal teams and vendors to deliver cutting-edge solutions that drive business success. Key responsibilities: Developing and executing a comprehensive IT infrastructure strategy that supports business growth. Ensuring system availability, security and performance while maintaining compliance with industry standards. Managing infrastructure budgets, vendor relationships and service level agreements (SLAs). Driving IT Service Desk excellence, ensuring a seamless experience for end-users. Ensure the security and integrity of IT infrastructure, protecting sensitive data and complying with regulatory requirements. Staying ahead of emerging technologies to keep our organisation at the forefront of innovation. What we’ll love about you: You will be someone with exceptional leadership and communication skills working seamlessly across cross-functional teams. In addition, you will have; A minimum of 5 years’ experience in Technology and Infrastructure management Proven experience in leading an IT infrastructure team. Strong technical expertise in cloud & on-prem solutions, cyber security and operational support. Excellent leadership & collaboration skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels. A problem-solver & innovator, always looking for ways to improve systems and processes. Quality communication skills, able to translate technical challenges into business solutions.
