About The Role Working across multiple sites throughout their region, the IT Support Officer Level 1 will provide front-line support and maintenance of the organisation’s technology services and will be required to provide first level support to internal customers. This varied role includes, but is not limited to: Monitoring and responding to requests received via the IT Service Management Systems and telephone service. Management and administration of user accounts and identities. Providing both onsite and remote technical support for laptops, PCs, mobile devices, printers, video conferencing facilities, office productivity tools, and minor business applications. Assisting with the configuration and deployment of equipment including laptops, PCs, mobile devices, and printers. Working collaboratively with colleagues in other teams to ensure that service requests are resolved in a timely and efficient manner. Participating in the IT on-call support roster. About You You will have working experience in an IT Service Desk role and will have basic support skills with technologies including Microsoft Office 365, Active Directory, and the administration and support of a Windows 10/11 environment. You will be someone who prides themselves on providing excellent customer service to colleagues and stakeholders across the organisation. To be successful in this role you will possess the following characteristics and experience: Effective verbal and written communication Excellent attention to detail Excellent problem-solving abilities Comfortable communicating across all levels of the organisation Ability to both follow and develop processes Industry certification in relevant Microsoft technologies (desirable) Hold an ITIL Foundations Certificate (desirable) Experience with Active Directory, Office 365, and the administration and support of a Windows 10/11 environment (desirable) Current, unrestricted driver's licence and reliable vehicle to travel to provide site-based support Available to provide after hours and public holiday support based on the IT on-call support schedule How to Apply If this sounds like you then please click APPLY now.
