They have a strong presence & relationships throughout regional Australia. The role will work closely with the principal authorised representative while also receiving admin support. You will be responsible for the following: This role is primarily servicing an existing book of clients, doing renewals, upselling, and converting warm inbound leads from their referral partners. We are looking for someone who is growth-oriented and wants to assist the principal with continuing to grow the business. We are looking for someone who is happy to run their own book and process their own renewals and ideally has solid experience with general insurance products and policies. Communicate with clients via face-to-face meetings, phone, and email to support their insurance needs. Handle incoming and outgoing phone calls and enquiries ensuring customer satisfaction. Process essential documents accurately and efficiently. Assist in the renewal of insurance policies. Other duties as required by the role. What you’ll need to succeed: Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage large client portfolios with demonstrated experience. Ability to liaise with key stakeholders and assist when required. Intermediate-advanced computer skills with the ability to use multiple systems effectively. Strong attention to detail, organisation, and innovative thinking skills. Ability to work independently as well as within a team. Previous experience within Insurance is desirable though not necessary. Successful candidate must be willing to obtain relevant qualifications such as Tier 1 & 2 – General Insurance and a police check.
