Hours: 1FTE Contract Type: Ongoing Location: Head to Health, Elizabeth About The Role Northern Adelaide Head to Health (soon Medicare Mental Health Centre) is seeking a dedicated Intake, Assessment & Service Navigator to support individuals in accessing the right mental health care at the right time. In this role, you’ll manage intake, assessment, triage, and referrals, ensuring seamless service delivery in collaboration with clinical teams. You’ll play a key role in risk assessments, waitlist management, and service navigation while working closely with healthcare professionals and community agencies. Experience Requirements Demonstrated experience working within a fast-paced environment; Minimum 2 years working in mental health sector and performing duties consistent with triage and assessment Experience working across a range of Commonwealth and State funded mental health programs and ensuring program implementation in line with funding requirements and contracts Qualification And Other Requirements Postsecondary qualifications in a relevant field such as human services, social welfare, social work, psychology or mental health and / or relevant experience in the mental health industry.
