Investor Relations Associate - Rapidly Growing Growth Equity Private Equity Fund We are currently working on an extremely unique boutique PE growth fund opportunity with a highly active fund manager who invests in high growth businesses with active and backable founders, who are on a huge growth trajectory. We are looking for a well-rounded, strategic, and commercial Investor Relations Client Associate who will be at the forefront of this growth, supporting management with all aspects of client and investor relations. A key part of this role will be to support the further growth of new networks and support those existing. With a strong knowledge of the industry and a passion for relationship management, we are looking for a dynamic individual with high EQ and gravitas. Personality-wise, we seek someone with a "no compromise on quality" approach but is commercial in their thought process - which means that while they strive for perfection, they take calculated risks for a living. Minimum Requirements: Ideally a background in funds management and/or distribution. 3-5 years of sales, finance, or consulting experience. Experience in project management, strategic analysis, and financial reviews. Strong relationship building and management skills.
