About AltX AltX is a leading private credit fund manager providing wholesale investors, institutions, and family offices with attractive risk-adjusted returns uncorrelated to public markets. Founded in 2012 and part of the AltX Group , AltX focuses singularly on real estate debt investment opportunities in the Australian market, offering investors the opportunity to invest in both individual deals and managed funds.The Role Due to business growth, AltX is seeking a talented individual to expand and manage AltX ’s existing investor base.Reporting to the National Distribution Manager, your key responsibilities will include: Implement a business strategy to drive growth and expansion of existing investor base Build and manage existing relationships with AltX ’s investor base of Investment Funds, Family Offices, HNWIs and Wealth Management Firms. On-board new investors and help complete compliance documentation Articulate complex investment opportunities to investors and understand the fundamentals of each investment Provide regular updates to existing clients on current investments Engage with existing and new investors to provide detailed briefings of new investments Respond to ad-hoc investor requests Build profiles on each investor as to their investment preferences Build long-term relationships with new and existing investors Drive the capital raising process for sophisticated investors Be the voice of investors back to the business Build awareness for AltX as an investment product Develop strategies with internal stakeholders to improve the effectiveness of capital raising Lead and manage all sponsorship opportunities within the region to ensure profitability Manage internal relationships to drive exceptional customer service Key Outcomes will include: Successfully raise capital for 1st mortgage secured real estate loans Develop long term relationships with AltX Investors Build the profile of AltX as a trusted investment partner Skills and experiences you’ll bring to the team: Tertiary qualification (ideally in property or finance or business-related field) Client service mentality – putting the client first 5+ years’ experience in financial services sales roles ideally within property finance/lending Sound understanding of property investment and private mortgage lending transactions Ability to develop and foster strong long-term relationships A demonstrated ability to be organised and prioritise tasks and workload A self-starter with high attention to detail and presentation Excellent verbal and written communication skills Submit Your Application Interested in joining our winning team?
