Our client is a leading Financial Services firm, committed to delivering value to their investors, clients, and stakeholders. We are assisting them in search for an experienced and proactive Investor Relations Associate to join our dynamic team. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work at the intersection of finance, communications, and strategy to contribute to the company's growth and success. Key Responsibilities : Assist in the development and execution of investor relations strategies, ensuring clear and consistent communication with current and potential investors. Support in preparing earnings reports, presentations, press releases, and investor-focused communications. Maintain and update investor databases, ensuring accuracy and timely reporting. Collaborate with senior management and cross-functional teams to gather key financial and business insights. Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and shareholder feedback to help shape investor messaging. Respond to investor inquiries and provide necessary information in a timely and professional manner. What we are looking for: A minimum of 2 years of experience in Investor Relations, Finance, or a related field. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in financial analysis and an understanding of financial statements. Ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Experience with investor databases, financial reporting tools, and CRM systems. A proactive, detail-oriented, and team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
