Engage with outer suburban communities to find relevant stories. Deliver exclusive stories and contribute original ideas. Research, write, compile, and present high-impact stories across platforms. Take on production roles, including Supervising Producer, and manage logistics for major stories. Research material, identify sources, and conduct interviews for compelling content. Broaden ABC's contact base and develop relations with diverse communities in Victoria. Share information and learning with colleagues, demonstrate leadership, and contribute to staff development. About You You'll have:Strong editorial judgement and newsroom production experience. Skilled cross-platform reporter for breaking news and original stories. Experienced in live TV bulletin production. Proven in breaking and exclusive content creation. Collaborative and leadership skills in team settings. Advanced social media research and audience engagement. Passion for diverse Australian stories and an ability to source and maintain community contacts.
