Junior Insurance Lawyer | Defendant Personal Injury 1 + PAE Our client is a National Law firm and comes highly sought after. Known for its professional yet relaxed environment; the firm is currently offering a unique opportunity in their Brisbane office at the Associate or Senior Associate level, to be part of a supported and dedicated Personal Injury team. About You You will have a minimum of 1 year post admission experience and up to 4 years PAE, gained in either plaintiff or defendant insurance matters, with a desire to specialise in defendant personal injury matters. Those with experience in asbestos and dust diseases will be strong candidates for this role. You enjoy a broad personal injuries role, appearing before all state, federal and specialist tribunals in Australia, including attending coronial inquests and prosecutions. You will act for a range of local and international insurers, as well as public sector agencies and private companies.
