YOUR NEW ROLE As one of their valued key senior lawyers in Qld, reporting to the Managing Partner (an industry-leading top calibre Accredited Specialist), you will relish the challenge+autonomy+ satisfaction of obtaining justice for your clients in respect of their medical negligence claims. You will have full-spectrum carriage of your own files and manage your own practice, obtaining client instructions, reviewing medical evidence, legal research, providing technical legal advice, liaising with third parties, briefing counsel, and attending court/settlement conferences.Only if you desire a HYBRID role, opportunity to diversify and also practice in public liability and/or abuse law (if you have such experience).
