Job Description

We are recruiting for a high-end Senior Associate or Special Counsel level Personal Injury Lawyer to take over an existing practice as the current Partner (an Accredited Specialist) transitions into retirement. This CBD firm has 10 Partners and over 50 staff servicing private and commercial clients across family, property, wills & estates, immigration, litigation, and personal injury law. Everyone in the firm works on a target of 5 billable hours per day and everyone goes home by 5 p.m. This is an environment built to foster sustainability, and the firm has enjoyed a remarkably low staff turnover as a result. The work coming through the practice spans the field of Personal Injury and the Partner has an excellent reputation across higher-value motor vehicle personal injury, workers’ comp, abuse, TPD, public liability, and medical and professional negligence claims. We aren’t expecting you to bring a transportable file load with you (but happy to receive it if you can!). The primary focus here is to find someone with the right personality and attitude – someone who is enthusiastic and eager to step up to Partner, and who would benefit from leveraging off an existing practice. #J-18808-Ljbffr
