If you desire some VARIETY , scope to also practice in any one of: 1) medical negligence OR 2) public liability (if you have such experience). You will be liaising with clients, doctors, solicitors, insurers, preparing letters, court documents, submissions + briefs to counsel, undertaking legal research, reviewing medical evidence, time recording/billing, and attending settlement conferences, mediations, and court hearings.
