Junior Medical Workforce Support Coordinator Pay Competitive Employment type: Full-Time Job Description Req#: 208880 Employment Type: Temporary Full Time (Up to 30 June 2024) Position Classification: Health Manager Level 1 Remuneration: $39.38 - $52.97 per hour Hours Per Week: 38 Requisition ID: REQ407130 Where you'll be working: Western Sydney Local Health District (WSLHD) is responsible for providing primary and secondary health care for people living in the Auburn, Blacktown, and The Hills Shire, Holroyd and Parramatta Local Government Areas (LGAs) and tertiary care to residents of the Greater Western Region. What you'll be doing: To coordinate and support District-wide Medical Workforce initiatives including the effective implementation of process improvements including the process of recruitment, selection, and appointment governance of non-specialist medical locums, IMGs and Career Medical Officers; administration of UROC and CARs claims, and other quality improvement projects. Selection Criteria: Relevant operational administration experience and/or medical administration, human resources or workforce experience. Demonstrated high level communication and relationship management skills applicable to a diverse range of stakeholders. Competency to make sound judgements and decisions whilst taking initiative within delegated level of responsibility. Demonstrated experience in interpretation and development of policies and business processes. Demonstrated ability to drive innovation and continuous improvement. Well-developed problem-solving skills and ability to objectively analyse current practices, identify improvement opportunities and taking appropriate action to facilitate contemporary practice.
