The Opportunity In-house role managing several projects across industrial & commercial. Small business with the opportunity to get exposure to all areas of the project lifecycle. All capital is in house and solid project pipeline is secured. Initial project will see you delivering an industrial estate in the north shore. Move from consultancy to in-house. Civil Engineers looking to transition to PM are encouraged to apply. The Company This is a privately owned family estate with multiple commercial, industrial & residential community assets under management with new developments underway. Established over 30 years ago, this varied property business will see you delivering new build projects across industrial, commercial & residential as well as looking to add value to existing assets through capital upgrades. The Role You'll take projects from DA all the way through to completion, getting involved across the full project lifecycle. This is a new role and so the responsibilities will be built out over time. You'll help bring in projects on time, on budget and meeting quality standards, work with local councils, bring on board consultants and contractors and enjoy full ownership. The week will be split between time spent in the office or on site. The Individual You're a client-side Assistant Project Manager with experience delivering new build industrial developments. You'll have had some exposure to all areas of the project lifecycle, and be comfortable taking ownership of the PM function. You must have client-side project management experience either in a consultancy or in-house, or a civil engineering background to be considered for this role. Ideally, you're degree qualified in Construction Project Management, Civil Engineering or other relevant degree.
