There will be many more exciting and innovative things to do. Provide administrative support and assistance to team members Coordinate communications, including responding to emails, taking incoming calls to the company and interfacing with clients Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents as required Maintain an organised filing system of paper and electronic documents Arrange and co-ordinate meetings and corporate events (both internal and external) Assist with lunch set up and pack down as required Establish and implement a system for tracking, delivering and replenishing supplies Establish a system for tracking and managing expenses and receipts, including reimbursement procedures Arrange vehicle usage and transfers, to and from the airport and our launch site Assist in the management of rental properties in Bowen, i.e. staff rostering, organising mowers, cleaners, and pest inspections Manage compliance matrix for secured approvals, and report to regulators Involvement in meetings and taking of minutes as required Co-ordinate project-based work as required Develop and sustain a level of professionalism among staff and clientele Order and stock stationery & snack cupboards as required Greet visitors on site, sign them in and direct them as appropriate Book international and domestic Company travel Other duties as requested by Management Mandatory Qualifications, Skills and Experience: Minimum 5 years’ experience as an Executive Assistant or in an administrative role NV1 Security Clearance eligible preferred Desired Qualifications, Skills and Experience: Current Australian Driver’s License Excellent verbal and written communication High level of professional discretion Ability to take accountability for tasks Exceptional teamwork, leadership and interpersonal skills Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Office with an ability to adapt readily to company specific programs and software Strong organisation, project management and problem-solving skills with impeccable multi-tasking abilities Well-developed communication, interpersonal, conflict resolution skills Proven ability to prioritize, manage and take accountability for work demands and deliver outcomes Self-motivated, results oriented with a high level of attention to detail Must be able to relate readily to all people within the organisation How to Apply: If you are a proactive team player with a passion to get Australia to space and a desire to succeed, please apply now by clicking the apply button and including your resume and cover letter or head to our website: CAREER | Gilmour Space Technologies | Rocket launch provider .
