As a Lead Educator , you will work closely with our Leadership Team and lead our Assistant Educator team to create and deliver educational programs and practices that support children’s learning and development. It is required that you record children’s progress, routines, and interests as well as ensure compliance with routines, policies, processes, and practices. At Sparrow Early Learning Stones Corner, our programs are developmentally based to meet the needs of each individual child and build on their interests, strengths, and emerging abilities. What you’ll need: Lead Educator: Diploma in Early Childhood Education & Care and 1 year experience in a current Early Learning Lead role. Strong knowledge & understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards Current & Valid Working with Children Check First Aid and CPR certificates including Asthma and Anaphylaxis training.
