What you will be doing Reporting directly to the Manager, Field Staff Training, in this role you will be responsible for: Leading and motivating a team to develop, deliver, and evaluate high quality blended training programs for field staff during election events. Coordinating the workload of the training team and monitoring progress to ensure projects stay on track. Developing and delivering online and face-to-face training content, using Articulate 360 and other tools. Determining LMS requirements and managing support for it. Managing stakeholder relationships and ensuring training meets the needs of the business and election processes. What you will bring to the role Expertise in developing and delivering online and face-to-face training, and administering learner management systems. Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience in coaching and feedback. Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build relationships with key stakeholders to ensure training needs are met. Commitment to the VEC's core values.
