As we expand our presence, we are looking for a Lead Generation & Business Development Executive to drive new client acquisition and revenue growth. Role Overview This role focuses on strategic lead generation and business development to identify, engage, and convert potential clients. You will be responsible for outbound prospecting, generating and nurturing leads, and closing new business deals for our staffing and recruitment vertical. Lead Generation & Prospecting Identify and research potential clients needing recruitment and staffing solutions. Execute multi-channel outreach (cold calls, LinkedIn, email campaigns) to engage decision-makers (HR leaders, hiring managers, and business executives). Develop and implement effective lead generation strategies to reach and engage target audiences. Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads using CRM tools and sales automation. Monitor and analyze market trends and competitors, and provide insights and recommendations to improve our marketing and business development strategies. Business Development & Sales Consult with clients to understand hiring challenges and present customized recruitment solutions. Develop and nurture long-term partnerships with key stakeholders across industries. Drive revenue growth by negotiating contracts and closing deals aligned with business objectives. Work closely with the internal recruitment team to ensure seamless service delivery to clients. Qualifications And Skills Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or related field. 3-5 years of experience in lead generation, business development (preferably in recruitment, staffing, or B2B services). Proven track record of successfully generating leads, developing business opportunities, and driving revenue growth. Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to inform decision-making. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders. Knowledge of CRM systems and marketing automation platforms. Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently or as part of a team. Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
