You will be responsible for designing and developing high-quality corporate training materials that empower learners to maximise their productivity and skills. Responsibilities: Design and develop comprehensive training materials, including course outlines, workbooks, and a facilitator guide. Create engaging and interactive training materials, such as: Hands-on exercises and simulations Job aids and reference materials Apply proven instructional design principles and methodologies, such as ADDIE, to ensure effective learning experiences. Create training suitable for virtual and face-to-face modalities. Stay current with the latest trends and advancements in Microsoft’s Power BI and instructional design. Qualifications: Proven experience in instructional design and development with Power BI. Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design theories. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organisational and time management skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
