Job Description

In this role, you'll provide essential support to our Group Head of Learning Services, Senior Manager of Enterprise Delivery and Service Excellence, and the broader team. Your mission? To ensure the smooth and timely execution of our Learning Services calendar for our esteemed suppliers on the Learning, Leadership, and Coaching (LLC) panel. You'll work closely with the Senior Manager and the Learning Services Commercial Manager to manage relationships and agreements with our LLC panel. This includes assisting internal customers with new or existing supplier contracts, monitoring and reporting on supplier performance, and driving continuous improvement in vendor services and delivery. We're looking for someone with exceptional organizational skills, solid project management expertise, and the ability to build strong working relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
