Reporting to the General Counsel, you will provide support to the operations of the company by providing strategic and commercially focused advice on a variety of matters including: Development projects - including mergers & acquisitions, financing, construction contracts, property matters Retail energy - including retail customer agreements and channel partner arrangements Regulatory matters Compliance – such as data protection, cyber security, privacy and AML/CTF Disputes or litigation, from time to time You will also manage key stakeholders, including relationships with external law firms, as well as leading, mentoring, and developing a small legal team. With at least 8 years PQE as an energy lawyer gained either in private practice or in-house, you have a strategic, commercial approach and work closely with internal stakeholders to achieve positive solutions.
